• Answer any questions about the program structure, expectations and experience.
• Provide insight into safety measures, accommodations and cultural immersion activities.
• Ensure that the participant is a good fit for the program and understands the journey ahead.

This step helps families make an informed decision before moving forward with enrollment.

To reserve a spot in the program, families must submit a $700 deposit. This payment demonstrates the participant's commitment to the program and initiates the next phase of the enrollment process.

• Please note that paying the deposit does not guarantee program acceptance.
• Enrollment is subject to review of the participant’s medical history and eligibility criteria.
• The deposit is generally non-refundable, except in unlikely cases where our team feels that the participant is ineligible to join the program.

Once the deposit is received, participants will gain access to in-depth program materials and important next steps.

After securing a spot, participants and their families will receive a comprehensive program guide. This guide includes:

• Daily schedules outlining activities, workshops and cultural immersion experiences.
• Accommodation and travel logistics, including safety protocols and packing lists.
• Code of conduct and expectations to ensure a smooth and respectful group dynamic.
• Health & Safety information to help families prepare with confidence.

This step ensures that participants are well-prepared and understand the enriching journey ahead.

Before finalizing enrollment, participants must complete essential documentation for a safe, enriching and well-prepared experience.

• Sign the Essential Eligibility Criteria (EEC):
  This document outlines the physical, mental and emotional readiness required for the program, including the ability to adapt to cultural environments, group living and experiential learning.
• Submit the Medical Form:
  Participants must provide detailed health information, including pre-existing conditions, current medications, allergies and emergency contacts. If needed, additional medical documentation or a call may be requested.
• Sign the Participant Agreement:
  This agreement details the expected code of conduct, participant responsibilities and commitment to safety, cultural respect and active engagement in the program.

By completing these steps, participants confirm their readiness to fully immerse in the experience while contributing to a positive and supportive group environment.

Upon approval of medical eligibility, families must pay the remaining program fee in full. This confirms the participant’s seat and finalizes their enrollment.
